Effective October 1, 2010, Damian Williams is joining our Converge MidAtlantic leadership team in a part time role as Director of Advancement.  Damian will give leadership to strategic new initiatives that will provide ministries to businesses and business leaders across our MidAtlantic region.  He will work closely with Dan Peterson, our Executive Minister, and Michael Henderson, our Director of Church Planting, along with Converge Worldwide leaders in pioneering services and resources that will add strategic value to business leaders in our region.  Our hope and dream is that God will use these services to business leaders to advance and expand the work of the church planting and Kingdom impact in our region of the country.

Damian is the President of Leadership League, a growth partner company that comes alongside businesses and non profits to enhance their impact and effectiveness. Converge MidAtlantic and Converge Worldwide have entered into a strategic partnership with Leadership League for at least the next 2 year period of time, and hopefully beyond.  This partnership is the result of months of conversations with Converge MidAtlantic leadership and our CMA Overseers.  Our executive staff and Board of Overseers are very excited about this partnership opportunity, and look forward to God’s blessing on our combined efforts.  Be watching for information in the coming months on events and ministries that we will be launching.
